How To Check If Your Site Is Built On WordPress

WordPress currently runs about 26% of all websites on the internet so there’s a pretty good chance your site runs on it.  But how can you verify without understanding any code?  What if you don’t have any logins and your web developer has vanished?  We’ve had this question come through a few times so we decided to build a simple WordPress Checker!  Now, this tool is not 100% accurate.  It searches for specific code snippets within your website and notices common WordPress tags.  Some developers who are concerned with security will remove these common tags from the code which will make the checker ineffective.
